Comprehensive Inclusions with Every Package:

  1. Welcome Pack: A personalized welcome pack to kickstart our journey together, filled with useful information and inspiration to get you started.

  2. Venue Site Visit: Join us for a thorough site visit of your chosen venue, where we'll walk through the space together, discussing layout, logistics, and design possibilities.

  3. Zoom Check-In: Approximately 9 months before your wedding, we'll schedule a Zoom call to touch base, review progress, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

  4. Styling Appointment: Around 6 months prior to your wedding, we'll arrange a dedicated styling appointment to dive into the details of your vision and bring it to life.

  5. Showroom Preview: Two months before your wedding, experience a preview of your décor setup at our showroom, providing you with a glimpse of the magic to come.

  6. Full Setup and On-Site Assistance: On your wedding day, our team will handle the full setup at your venue, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. We'll also remain on-site until the start of the wedding breakfast, overseeing any necessary turnaround and ensuring everything is set up to perfection.

  7. Post-Wedding Item Collection: After the festivities have concluded, we'll take care of collecting all items from your venue, allowing you to relax and enjoy the aftermath of your special day.

  8. Material Sourcing and Preparation: From sourcing the finest materials to preparing all décor items, we handle every aspect of the process to ensure a flawless presentation on your wedding day.

  9. Venue Liaison: We'll liaise with your venue to confirm setup and collection times, ensuring seamless coordination and execution throughout the event.

  10. Continuous Support: From the moment you book until the day of your wedding, we're here for you every step of the way. Whether you have questions, need advice, or simply want to chat, we're available via email, phone, or Zoom to provide guidance and support as needed.
