Our Process

Below is the process that we follow for all of our weddings and events from the point of initial enquiry through to your wedding or event day. This helps you to know what to expect from us. Sparkle Magic Events have a unique styling process which enables us to help you and take away any anxieties or stress you may have.

 

1 - We respond to your enquiry and discuss availability and answer any questions you have.

2 - Book in a face to face meeting at a venue in Dundee (cafe, hotel etc) or zoom call just to introduce myself and get to know you a little better and here more about your wedding or event.

3 - You confirm that you wish to proceed and deposit is paid and all paperwork completed (some clients wish to do this ahead of step 2 which is absolutely fine). All of this is sent electronically and can be completed online too.........making this stage as easy as possible!

4 - Confirmation letter is issued  

5 - 6 months prior to the wedding or event a questionnaire is sent out to get a better understanding of your vision for your wedding or event ahead of our styling consultation

6 - 3 months prior a face to face meeting at our premises is arranged and booked into our online diary 

7 - 2 - 2.5 months prior we meet at our premises and go through the fine details of the look of your wedding or event and showcase to you centrepieces, top table décor, chair covers, sashes etc and change it as often as required until you are happy. You get to view in person all these options set up as a mini wedding or event, this enables you to envision what your actual day will look like.

 ( we allow 1 - 1.5 hours for this)

8 - 5 weeks prior your final numbers are due

9 - 1 month prior final balance is due

10 - 3 weeks prior it is all over to us!! We start all the preparations for your wedding or event and liaise with your venue to discuss set up times.

11 - Wedding or event day has arrived!! We set up and spread our sparkle and magic to your wedding or event.
