Comprehensive Inclusions with Every Package:

  1. A personalised proposal providing our quote and inspiration photos based on our initial consultation and outlines deposit and payment terms .

  2. Venue Site Visit: Join us for a thorough site visit of your chosen venue, where we'll walk through the space together, discussing layout, logistics, and design possibilities.

  3. Zoom Check-In:  we'll schedule 2 Zoom calls prior to your event at times to suit to touch base, review progress, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

  4. Styling Appointment: Around 4 months prior to your event, we'll arrange a dedicated styling appointment to dive into the details of your vision and bring it to life.

  5. A design image will be sent to you to help visualise your event decor, this is based on what was discussed at your 4 month meeting and shows the designs we will be using etc. Changes can be made if required

  6. Full Setup and On-Site Assistance: On your event day, our team will handle the full setup at your venue, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. We'll also remain on-site until approx 1 hour before your event is due to start to ensure everything is set up to perfection and any lights on centrepieces etc are turned on.

  7. Post-Event Item Collection: After the event has concluded, we'll take care of collecting all items from your venue

  8. Material Sourcing and Preparation: From sourcing the finest materials to preparing all décor items, we handle every aspect of the process to ensure a flawless presentation of your event.

  9. Venue Liaison: We'll liaise with your venue to confirm setup and collection times, ensuring seamless coordination and execution throughout the event.

Additional Inclusions for our Signature package includes:

*Tea, coffee or Prosecco and cake after our site visit.

*Zoom call every 2 months from time of booking right up until your event day

Additional Inclusions for our VIP Package includes:

*Unlimited Zoom calls throughout your journey with us.

*Champagne afternoon tea after our site visit

  • Thursdays: 9:30am - 12pm, 1pm - 4:30pm & 7:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Fridays: 9:30am - 12pm, 1pm - 2:30pm & 7:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Saturdays: 9:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 4pm

Please note that Friday & Saturday appointments are limited due to wedding and event set ups taking place, especially during our busy months of April - September.
